The format for the MBCA Large Bank Workshop is intentionally small, practical, and discussion-oriented. CEOs will be joined by a limited number of senior functional leaders—generally some combination of the CRO, CIO, CFO, COO, and other key executives—for candid, cross-functional discussion around scale, complexity, technology and AI, risk, operating model evolution, execution, and broader strategic pressures.
This event is not intended to be a conference or presentation-heavy event. The value will come from comparing how similarly situated institutions are actually operating, making decisions, and addressing many of the same challenges. We hope to see you in Miami!
