The MBCA CHRO Roundtable is an opportunity to engage in candid, practical conversations with fellow CHROs facing many of the same opportunities and challenges.
The scope of the CHRO role continues to expand. We are helping shape business strategy, workforce planning, succession, leadership development, culture, compensation, organizational effectiveness, and increasingly our institutions' approach to AI and technology. The pace of change isn't slowing down, and we have found tremendous value in hearing how peers are navigating these issues in real time.
MBCA programs are designed as a working session (often in the form of trauma bonding), not a conference. The conversations are highly interactive and focused on sharing practical approaches, lessons learned, and ideas that participants can take back and apply within their organizations. Perhaps most importantly, the Roundtable creates opportunities to build relationships with peers that continue long after the meeting concludes. Those connections have proven just as valuable as the formal agenda.
